Overview

Program description:
Our intention with the doctoral program in both the Hungarian and international context is to increase the number of highly qualified professionals who understand and know the fundamental mechanisms, ways and consequences of speaking in multiple languages in the areas of economy, industry and higher education. Those interested in conducting research related to (i) multilingual individuals, (ii) multilingual communities and (iii) multilingualism in the school context are welcome to apply to our doctoral school.

Entry requirements:
MA degree in any languages, linguistics, education, international studies, translation studies, sociology, cultural anthropology, psychology, speech pathology

Entrance exam location:
Electronic

Entrance exam description:
Checking all the necessary documents (degree(s), language examination certificates, etc.), then an online interview with the candidate in the course of which we talk about the fields of interest of the candidate, their motivation and experiences and discuss the research plan. The interview serves as well for the observation and assessment of the candidate’s English proficiency level.
