Overview

PLEASE NOTE: THE PROGRAMME OPERATES WITH A FEBRUARY START.

Why choose Master’s in Management and Leadership at UPFBE?
The curriculum, which was renewed in 2023, places particular emphasis on acquiring practical knowledge and developing critical analysis skills. Classes will focus on strategic insights and tools, developing soft skills in management and a sustainable approach to leadership. The renewed curriculum aligns with the world’s leading master’s programmes. It is the programme with which the Faculty of Business and Economics is applying for a new EFMD programme accreditation.

Our graduates will also acquire high-level communication – negotiation, and presentation – skills in English, which will be facilitated in the English language programmes by a range of mobility schemes abroad and double degree programmes.

To whom do we recommend the Master’s Programme in Management and Leadership in English language?
The programme aims to equip graduates with the skills and competencies required for management positions in multinational and small- and medium-sized enterprises.

This training programme is recommended for those with a BSc degree in business and economics but would like to further develop their skills in this area in the Master’s programme. Of course, our training is also open to those who have obtained a non-business degree but have acquired a significant number of credits in business and economics-related subjects. For these students, the credit recognition procedure is a solution; you can find more information on the following page.
