Overview
The 6-semester course focuses on the rapidly changing media landscape, showing the use and the advantages of the most recent developments.
Companies, public administration, cultural institutions and various organisations must constantly be on the look out for how to harness and turn to their advantage the new challenges and opportunities brought about by the infinite trends, tools and platforms for the dissemination of information. They need to know what kind of media and communication strategy will enable them to reach their audiences, to connect with them and build sustainable relationships in the digital era. In this quest, they are aided by international and nationwide marketing, a consumer oriented and cross-media approach, as well as a well-functioning PR.
This combination of theory and practical skills aims to prepare students for various media careers.

The programme will enable students to:
• work as journalists in the print industry or on-line media
• design and manage the communication strategy of organisations and businesses
• work in the field of PR, marketing communication, advertising or creative industry
• work as spokespersons for companies and organisations
• create a script from an idea and then put it on screen
Graduates will be competent in:
• writing and editing news stories
• using a wide range of multimedia devices for creating content and developing rapport with their
audiences
• building sustainable relationships in the digital era
Entry requirements:
1. Secondary school leaving certificate
2. B2 English language knowledge, proved by internationally accepted language examination system (e.g.: IELTS, TOEFL, WAEC, etc.)
3. Transcript of secondary school studies
Entrance exam:
The entrace exam consists of two parts. On one hand, the applicants’ previous studies are evaluated (based on the transcript and the Bachelor diploma), language knowledge and motivation letter are checked. On the other hand, applicants have to write an online exam that tests their professional and language knowledge and their intercultural behaviour.
