EÖTVÖS LORÁND UNIVERSITY ONLY ACCEPTS EXCHANGE STUDENTS FOR 5 MONTHS (1 SEMESTER) OR 10 MONTHS (2 SEMESTERS) We only accept students from Doctoral School of Education programmes. The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English. In most cases you can request a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. You must take the original entry qualification documents along with you when you finally go to the university. |

Overview
In the field of education, doctoral studies in the Bologna system of higher education have been offered at ELTE since 1993. The Doctoral School of Education offers students a broadly conceived, interdisciplinary, theoretically based educational science programme, with the aim of preparing them for work in higher education and scientific research, as well as other jobs in the education sector requiring high research competencies. The direct aim of the training is to develop the high-level skills needed to carry out independent research and development activities, individually or in research teams, and to share and apply the research results.
