Students in PhD education in partner institutions may spend a semester in our Doctoral Scool. The topic of research must be agreed in advance with the actual supervisor at home and also here choosing the expert at the given field of science! The research should have an output in form of publication.
The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English.

You must take the original entry qualification documents along with you when you finally go to the university.

Theoretical training and individual research activity in one of the following scientific areas in vivo and/or in vitro: Horticultural biology, Ornamental plants and dendrology, Medicinal and aromatic plants, Fruit bearing plants, Viticulture, Vegetables and cultivated fungi, Horticultural plant medicine
MSc degree in Agriculture, Biology or related sciences. Min. B2 level of English language exam.

During the assessment, the emphasis is on the analysis of preliminary research activities and publications. There will be a Skype interview with the selected ones, during which the motivation, professional background and language skills of the students will be examined.

The full time PhD study is a 4 years program with research and courses. PArtial time echange students may carry out a part of their research in Budapest and/or taking lectures according to their choice.
