Secondary school leaving certificate and bachelor degree certificate related to the field of the Master’s programme. 2. B2 English language knowledge, proved by internationally accepted language examination system (e.g.: IELTS, TOEFL, WAEC, etc.) and interview performance 3. Transcript of bachelor studies The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English. In most cases you can request a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. You must take the original entry qualification documents along with you when you finally go to the university. |

Overview
The aim of our Masters degree program in Tourism Management is to train tourism professionals with professional competencies and knowledge, who will independently be able to: perform planning, decision-making and management functions in the areas of tourism; analyze the operations of the economic areas concerned, prepare concepts, plans and studies related to supply and organizational development, implement development projects and to manage enterprises and institutions.

Students who successfully complete the Masters degree in Tourism Management will have the following skills and be able to:
- Confidently integrate and creatively apply theoretical and practical knowledge of the tourism sector and the economy in general,
- Interpret tourism knowledge in a multicultural and global context,
- Think strategically and innovatively for successful decision-making and problem solving,
- Effectively manage and co-operate within an organizational framework, exploiting synergies between tourism co-operation networks,
- Communicate convincingly at a high level, in both written and oral, and
- Utilize an ethical approach to economic problems based on environmental and social responsibility.
The diverse and unique world of tourism requires versatile, creative managers.
Among other things, our Masters degree enables you to perform the following tasks at a higher level:
- organization and management of tourism enterprises (accommodation, event organizers, airlines, restaurants …)
- creating a tourism strategy or marketing plan for municipalities, regions
- experience-based development of tourist attractions (e.g. festivals, cultural heritage, national parks …)
- launching tourism businesses based on modern business models.

Entrance exam:
The entrace exam consists of two parts. On one hand, the applicants’ previous studies are evaluated (based on the transcripts and the degree certificate), motivation letter and any additional documents are checked as well. On the other hand, applicants need to participate in an online admission interview. During this interview applicants need to prove their English language skills and also their suitability for their chosen program.
