This seven-semester degree programme provides students with an in-depth theoretical background in the economic, social and applied economic issues relating to business administration, enabling them to plan and analyse the procedures of business organisations and institutions and perform management, entrepreneurial and organisational tasks.The course provides comprehensive knowledge of leadership skills, controlling, finance, taxation, logistics, and corporate business. This practice oriented programme enables students to familiarise them selves with actual systems utilised by companies in their day-to-day operations as well as at the strategic and operation levels. Successful students will be equipped with wide-ranging knowledge and relevant experience providing them with excellent opportunities on the labour market in either the governmental or the private sector.

The admission procedure consits of the following parts:
- 20-30 minutes long online interview
- evaluation of application documents

Online interview: The University will contact all applicants to set up a suitable time for the online interview. Applicants will be interviewed by appointed staff members from the Department and the international office. Professors will check the applicant’s preliminary knowledge of the chosen study area and motivation. The international office will check the language skills and intercultural competences of the applicant.
The admission decision is based on the following results:
- result of previous studies (max. 20 points)
- CV, motivation letter (max. 20 points)
- online interview (max. 60 points)

Minimum admission requirements: 60 points. Those applicants who gain less than 5 points in any section of the admission procedure will be rejected.

Programme structure

Fulfilling 180 credit according to the required knowledge in the Training and outcome requirements furthermore fulfilling internship with 30 credit. Succesful thesis writing accepted by two supervisors and succesful fulfiling of the final exam.
Students must obtain an intermediate level (B2) complex business language examination or an advanced level (C1) complex general language examination. One of the language examinations or an equivalent general certificate of education or diploma.

The graduated students – based on the comprehensive knowledge and experiences – have excellent odds in the labour market either in the governmental or the private sector. The completion of their studies will enable our students to continue their studies in the higher education (MA level).
