The entrance examination consists of two rounds. Candidates who fail the aptitude test without a pass mark will be disqualified if the selection board, after considering the assessment criteria, gives them a fail mark. Candidates who pass the aptitude test will be admitted to the second round of the admission procedure, the practical test.

The aim of the course is to train professionals who in the knowledge of the characteristic formal language of photography will be able to compose visual messages, narratives taking the philosophical, sociological and artistic aspects of various interpretations related to photography into consideration. The training will support the unfolding of trainees’ esthetical and conceptual abilities as well as the understanding and conscious use of the formal differences in photography. Trainees will be able to coordinate potentials hidden in modern technology with their own creative concepts. Through integrated visual channels and learning about modern imaging methods, the acquired interdisciplinary knowledge will enable them to play an efficient role in the social accomplishment of visual culture. Their qualification will enable them to continue their studies in master courses.
