Information on the Letter of Award

Dear Scholarship Awardees,

We receive a large number of requests for the issuance of Letters of Award, therefore, we would like to draw your attention to the following;

Before we forward the Letters of Award, the following steps must be taken (as detailed in our previous notification):

- accepting the scholarship via the online application system
- uploading missing documents
- the host institutions’ approval of the uploaded missing documents
- the host institution has set the status of the online application to “HEI Letter of Acceptance sent”

Due to the large number of successful applications, it takes a considerable amount of time to check everything accurately and correctly, without any errors.
