Apor Vilmos Catholic College is a state-accredited institution of higher education maintained by the Vác Bishopric of the Hungarian Catholic Church. The college offers BA and MA training programmes in Hungarian language on two campuses located in Vác and in Budapest. Training fields encompass Teacher Education, Social Science, Religious Studies and Arts and Humanities. The BA programmes equip students with up-to-date, internationally oriented theoretical knowledge and quality practical training for their prospective profession. The MA programmes prepare students to develop and lead supportive and protective communities in the different fields of society, to do educational research or perform duties in public and higher education as well as in education management.
